Ever since I was really young, I have enjoyed motorcycles. I like motorcycles because they are fast, powerful, and fun to ride with my family. When I was 5 years old, I would always go to an ATV shop with hundreds of ATVs. I guess I could say that I was interested in ATVs at the time, but then a couple months later I went to my Aunt’s house and they had a whole bunch of dirt bikes. That is when I first learned about dirt bikes.

When I was eight years old we started to go to a place called Greater Yamaha. It was an awesome place that had dirt bikes, ATVs and boats. I loved looking at the new dirt bikes and eventually purchased a Yamaha TTR-90. I thought it was the best bike in the world! My Dad, my little brother and I started going dirt biking together on the weekends. We would usually go to Moroso Motorsports which had an awesome supercross track and a little motocross track.
Then when I was ten years old I purchased a Yamaha TTR-125. It was the fastest bike I had so far. The problem was that when the new motocross season started I could not race because I did not have the right kind of bike. To race I needed a two-stroke bike. So for my birthday I got a two-stroke Yamaha YZ-85. This dirt bike is by far the fastest that I have had. It can go at least 65 MPH! Now that I had the right bike, I was ready to race.
There are two different types of races, Hare Scrambles and Motocross. A Hare Scramble is when you run to your bike, start it, and then race through the forest on a seven-mile trail. Motocross is a race that contains up to 40 riders that race on a dirt track. There are tracks and forest land all over the state of
